All fats, nuts, seeds and oils are not allowed. Foods rich in carbohydrates such as refined white flour and white rice are also banned, but the whole grain pasta and bread, beans and legumes are permitted.

Foods allowed in limited quantities include egg whites and nonfat dairy products like nonfat milk, yogurt and cheese. Most processed foods should be avoided as all convenience foods with more than two grams of fat per serving are not allowed.

The system of food you can eat beans, vegetables, whole grains and fruits at every meal until you feel full. The good thing about this program is that since you are allowed eat all you want of allowed foods, you can feel full and satisfied all the time. This program, unlike many others, not based on hunger insecure "" methods.
