In health class just like other people have, haha. With hypnosis, it’s all about how suggestable you are… so, if you’re thinking this is a load of crap, it won’t work… it’s not going to. You have to accept your role as a hypnotized subject. Even if you’re doing it to yourself it might not work like you want.

I’ve meditated before at school, too. Except, we did like breath meditations and I don’t like that. I like mindful meditation. It’s were you focus on one part of your body. Like, for example… when I say elbow, you become aware of your elbow. But, it’s like, going from the tips of your toes to your head… and it’s not really easy… it’s really weird and it’s complicated. xD But, meditation is *just* as good as relaxing… so like, sitting down and chilling out, watching a movie.

Ahaha, I should stop now. XDD
