Have you ever been hypnotized? For what? Did it work?

I was twice, one for a phobia of needles….hypnosis worked great for that.
Once in a seminar for weight loss with a few hundred of other people…paid like 50.00, plus bought a CD…what a waste of money. Didn’t work at all.

Yes, I worked with a psychologist who used Erickson hypnosis. It did work for me however hypnosis is misunderstood and sometimes even misused. I would only work with a professional I trusted and you can’t be hypnotized unless you want to be.
