Self-hypnosis anyone, anyone?

I have been reading a bit about self-hypnosis and I thought it couldn’t hurt to try it and I was wondering if anyone knew about podcasts for self-hypnosis to get taller because I hear you can do that. If there is no podcast, can someone tell me what the steps are to do it? Thanks a bunch
