Does hypnosis Work when working on confidence, happyness, depression and attraction?

I recently purchased a hypnosis CD from Paul McKenna, cant say I ‘ve noticed an immense difference, but perhaps its too subtle to see. Anyway Does this mechanism truely work? Does the subconcious really control us?

yes…in hypnisis they call it the UNconscious
its the unconscious mind that is really controlling you
and to make changes you need to change the unconscious which can be done through trance. you’re not really supposed to notice the diffrences on a conscious level.
